REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD  OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats, that the REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON will be held on Monday, April 8, 2019, at 4:00 P.M. at the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, and the following items will appear on the agenda:

AGENDA

1. Call to order and certify compliance with the open meeting law

2. Adopt meeting agenda

3. Citizen Appearances (discussion only)

4. Appearance by Kelly Dallman re: the ability to obtain a Class B Fermented Malt Beverage License and a Class C Wine License for the Staybridge Suites

5. Take action on the request of Manuel Casares, for a Conditional Use Permit, pursuant to Municipal Code, Chapter 66, Subchapter 66.63(o), Waterfront Commercial District (W-C), to use the existing residential unit at 71 County Road A, for Tourist Lodging, as recommended by the Plan Commission

6. Take action on the Site Plan, Architectural Rendering/Design for Noah’s Ark Employee Housing Project presented by the Plan Commission

12. Review and take action on the Architectural Rendering/Design submitted for proposed Pizza Pub Outdoor Patio

13. Review and take action on the Architectural Rendering/Design submitted for modification of existing structure at Tommy Bartlett’s

18. Take action on the application for a Class C Activity license by Outlets in the Dells for the Mom & Me Brunch on April 27 to be held at Outlets in the Dells located at 210 Gasser Road

19. Take action on the new application of Qudratullah Kahn d/b/a RST Taxi, for a Taxicab Service License and two (2) Taxicab Vehicle Permit, Business Physical address 231 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy S, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965

20. Take action on the request from Dells Transport LLC d/b/a Dells Express Taxi to add a new vehicle to their 2018 Lake Delton Taxicab Service License (will change from 4 to 5 vehicles)

21. Take action on the new applications for Taxi Operator Permits applied for Qudratullah Kahn and Mathew Gilbreath for RST Taxi and Clint R Christensen for Dells Express as recommended by the Lake Delton Police Department expiring 6/30/2019

22. Take action on the applications for Operator’s Licenses applied for by and issued to Kenai Lee Malay and Craig Carl Cigel expiring 6/30/2019
