REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD  OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats, that the REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON will be held on Monday, October 8, 2018, at 4:00 P.M. at the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, and the following items will appear on the agenda:

AGENDA

1. Call to order and certify compliance with the open meeting law

2. Adopt meeting agenda

3. Citizen Appearances (discussion only)

4. Hold Public Hearing on the Proposed Vacation of Scott Drive

5. Take action on the Resolution #18-016 to discontinue the Scott Drive right-of-way, located in the NE ¼ SW ¼ of Section 21, T13N, R6 in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin

6. Take action on the request of Marcus C Jaeger, Dellview Vacation Rentals LLC, a new owner, for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 66, Subchapter 66.63 (h), at 950 East Hiawatha Drive, Waterfront Commercial District, (W-C) Tax Parcel 146-0876-00000, to bring property into compliance for short-term renting which has been the use for over 25 years, as recommended by the Plan Commission

7. Ratify the action taken at the Regular Meeting of the Village Board held on September 10, 2018; Meeting of the Housing and Property Maintenance Committee held on September 10, 2018; Ordinance Committee Meeting held on September 19, 2018; Special Meeting of the Village Board held on September 24, 2018 as delivered

9. Take action on the Resolution #18-018 for Emergency Expedited Repair

10. Take action on the Resolution #18-019 Rename that part of Meadow View Drive located west of Kalahari Drive to Kalahari Drive and Rename the remnant portion of Bunker Road to West Kalahari Drive

11. Consider monetary contribution to the Lake Delton Lions Club for the local children’s Halloween Party

12. Take action on the applications for Operator’s License applied for by and issued to Jacob Matthew Johnson, Michael Rhodes and Natosha Rae Batzler expiring 6/30/2019

13. Payment of claims

14. Any other matters authorized by law

ADDENDUM TO THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON TO BE HELD ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2018 4:00 PM AT THE KAY C. MACKESEY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

16. Take action on the sign application applied for by Lost Canyon Properties LLC d/b/a Canyon Creek Riding Stable for an on-premise free standing single faced pylon electronic sign with LED changeable copy display. Dimensions of sign H 16′ X W 26.66′, height of 56′ at 60 Hillman Road

17. Take action on Resolution #18-020 to vacate a remnant portion of East Hiawatha Dr at Aloha Beach

18. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wis Stats, Section 19.85 (1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.

19. Reconvene in open session pursuant to Wis Stats, Section 19.85 (2) to take whatever action deemed appropriate as a result of the closed session
