Notice that the Assessment Roll is Open for Examination
and Open Book
In the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2022 assessment will be open for examination starting on 6th day of June, 2023 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am – 3:00pm and Fridays from 9:00 am – 1:00pm.
Additionally, the assessor shall be available at the Lake Delton Police Department, 35 Miller Drive, on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Instructional materials will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to their valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.
